Emerging Leaders (EL)

The HBAK Emerging Leaders (formally Leadership Initiative) is a program of the Home Builders Association of Kentucky focused on educating, engaging, and empowering individuals to reach their potential and affect change at the state level.
 
Each EL Class will have 5-6 sessions throughout the year that focuses on Leadership, Political Advocacy, Communication, Team Building, Organization and Association Volunteerism.
