Disaster Relief Fund
HBAK Creates Disaster Relief FundIn response to the devastating tornados and severe weather patterns that devastated Kentucky, the Home Builders Association of Kentucky has established the HBAK Disaster Relief Fund. This fund was established to facilitate the long-term rebuilding and recovery of these communities. Communities often need as much help as they can get while they try to recover and rebuild after a major disaster. Recovery is a whole community effort that includes everyone - from government agencies to community organizations. Recovery lasts much longer than media attention! The fund is now active and individuals, businesses, associations and members of the industry are welcome to make a donation. The HBAK will partner with the local HBA's in the affected areas to make these funds available to other designated charities focused on the repair or rebuild of homes affected by the tornados. Donations may be made HERE or by mailing a check made out to the Community Foundation of Louisville with HBAK Disaster Relief fund in the MEMO line to: Community Foundation of Louisville 325 W.
