February Fund Policy Holder Update

A Message from Stephen Lewis, CEO of the Kentucky AGC Self Insurers' Fund

A Message from Stephen Lewis, CEO of the Kentucky AGC Self Insurers' Fund

As we've continued to make progress on the evolution of the AGC Self Insurers' Fund, I wanted to share pertinent updates with our policyholders. I remain incredibly excited about the changes we're making to improve your experience, and am confident these changes will enhance member value over time.

Risk Control
As I shared with you previously, we've revamped our Risk Control services to better meet the needs of our members, reduce claims and add value to your unique business operations. As such, not every member of the Fund will receive a stewardship visit from our Risk Control team on an annual basis. This does not impact your coverage or jeopardize your standing with the Fund. While our team will be reaching out to members as necessary directly, we remain available to anyone that wishes to have an in-person consultation from our team in 2023. We'll also be offering you best-in-class technology and industry-leading resources to offer you materials, resources and access to training programs.

Claims
To report a new claim on behalf of an insured, you can leverage any of the below intake methods:  Additionally, we'll continue to handle all File Down claims in house. These can be sent to Dina Green at Dina.Green@agcsif.com

Premium Payments
The easiest, quickest, and most efficient way to process premium is online at kyagcsif.com. For those that prefer to send via mail, please make note of new payment address information for the Fund, effective immediately:

PO Box 713104

I am incredibly proud of the great work the team has accomplished to improve member value and ensure the long-term stability of the Fund. As always, I remain available for any questions or feedback you may have. You can reach out to me directly at Stephen.Lewis@agcsif.com or 502-931-6595.

Regards,
Stephen Lewis
